Career Guidance
Students are presented with a variety of programs and career possibilities, which can be both beneficial and daunting. One way to navigate this challenge is through career counselling, which utilizes psychological assessments to help clients make informed decisions about potential career paths or current job prospects. For adolescents and young adults, choosing a career can be a stressful and overwhelming task. Career counselling offers a supportive environment for self-discovery and decision-making. By considering the individual's unique characteristics, personalized recommendations are provided. This service is accessible to grade 11 and 12 students.
Career guidance process consists of the following:
- Intake interview with client
- Qualitative conversations
- Aptitude test
- Career interest test & Personality test
- Qualitative career interest questions
- Feedback session & Report (compiled within 2-3 weeks of the assessment)
