Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions offer a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their personal experiences without fear of being judged.
This therapeutic environment provides a safe and nurturing atmosphere for clients to express themselves openly and be truly understood. As an experienced therapist, I utilise a variety of effective therapeutic methodologies to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Sessions typically last approximately 45-50 minutes, and the number of sessions required will be determined by the individual needs of the client.
This individual therapy process consists of the following:
- Background information from parents in the case of younger learners.
- Individual therapy with client.
